Matcha Latte was made with low quality culinary grade matcha powder. Sounds like a small difference to anyone unfamiliar with matcha, but its like the difference between gas station sushi and 5-star sushi restaraunt sushi. It is technically considered okay for matcha lattes but no self respecting cafe/coffee/tea shop would ever use it in a drink.
I only got my matcha latte here because Starbucks is having a matcha shortage and it was more expensive and lower quality and smaller and disgusting at this place.
Biscuits and Gravy was cold and I asked for bacon and got none.

I liked the clucker sandwich with egg, cheese, and ham, and a mandarin orange on the side and a cup of coffee. The portion was good. The ingredients were fresh. I would order again.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The employees are friendly and consistently make a great cup of coffee. Sandwiches are delicious and bakery is addicting.

This "clucker"sand was horrible, unfortunately this was my first and last experience! Wet bread is partially to be expected when ordering from a delivery service and I totally understand that however, granulated sausage and a piece of egg hanging off that wet bread took it too far. I ordered a side of bacon with each sandwich and let me tell you a piece of limp cold old bacon that doesnt even smell like bacon is NOT acceptable. Setting hot bread on top of a few HOT grapes definitely is going to make the bread that much more wet and mushy. This place is pricey for the quality. Thanks I guess but no thanks never again will I order from here!
(My dog ate part of it) he even walked away from it.
Its a bit expensive to get something that is that poorly made and not worth eating. Word of advice... cook for all of your customers as though you are cooking for yourself or someone you know. Thanks again.
