It tastes like it's made with a honey mustard instead of a regular mustard. Be forewarned, it has olives in it - which makes the sweet taste off putting. If the olives weren't there, a sweet potato salad would be pretty good. The lamb on the Lamb Gyro was really good, but there wasn't much. Most of the gyro was diced red onion and large chunks of tomatoes. Once I removed most of the tomato and onion so that the ratio to meat was more typical and enjoyable, it lost most of its volume. I really liked that the tzatziki came on the side. I could see this being yummy for someone who likes sweet meals & tomatoes, but if you're looking for a savory Potato Salad or for a typical gyro, these won't be for you."
