"This is the best pad Thai in Salem. I've literally tried it all. It always arrives pipping hot and the ingredients always taste fresh. Some places on doordash dont even let you choose your spice level, which should be a crime. I love spicy food and have a high tolerance. I always add 3 or 4 stars for spice and it clears the sinuses--Thai Cuisine of Salem doesn't mess around when it comes to giving their food that extra kick. They don't overdo it with the sweet flavoring--it's the perfect blend of sweet, savory and heat. I'm drooling just talking about it. I usually get beef for my protein and it's always perfectly cooked and seasoned--nice and tender.
I know they're expensive. I promise it's worth it. I'm always disappointed when I order Pad Thai anywhere else and always regret not ordering from Thai Cuisine of Salem. They hook you up with a generous portion.

The spring rolls were also good. Their filling is well balanced and seasoned nicely.
Comes with a sweet sour dipping sauce, hot mustard, cocktail and dipping sauce for the spring rolls as well as a couple packets for the soy sauce.
The Pork Siu Mai (6）烧卖was a treat. Never had them before. Each one is easily two to three bites but you can also stuff a whole one in your mouth if you want. Tender and flavorful. Paired very nicely with the spring roll sauce.
Can't eat any more tonight and still have 1/2 the Bo Bo Platter left and 2/3 of the dumplings. Someone doesn't have to cook tomorrow.

Ive had this place before but I didn't really think much of it, the Home Made Horchata is really good tho, that's one of the things I remembered from the last two times I ordered. "I really wanted pretzels and beer cheese from Loafers, but they were closer. I Like the pretzels from applebees but the beer cheese i used to love but it is just not great in comparison to loafers, so i have been trying other places that have pretzels ans cheese. Gave this place a try and i was really disappointed. The pretzels i received had no salt even though i did not request this. They looked pretty dry. I added mt own butter and pretzel salt. The texture was good not too dry after this but even with the salt they were bland. The cheese and i added a ridiculous amount extra because i was confused when ordering and thought i needed to add it to the order. I did not, but the size that came in the container was not alot, so i if it had been good one extra container would have been a good idea. However the cheese was terrible. No offense to who made it, i think it is just rhe recipe. It is very very bland a bit like nacho cheese, with the flavor but more bland than if i had just heated up some out of a can."
