"As a culinarian of 14 years, this was the poorest quality I have ever received from this location. The shrimp was extremely overcooked, the beef tasted as if it was just exiting the serve by date and probably sat in its blood as it neared rot and the serving was barely 3oz of either shrimp or beef. This was a last minute and lazy performance done this poorly simply because it was an online order. The fried rice was still completely white with a slight whitened sear from it being flash warmed on the grill. Absolute garbage."

"Ordered here for the first time. I got the peppered steak for myself, and the $3 rice side. I will say the dish was very soupy (I expected actual peppered steak) but it was still amazing. I also ordered the drunken rice to share, and my husband wanted the pad Thai. I ordered them to all be mild spice levels and it had a little kick which we liked. The portions are HUGE, enough to last us at least 3 meals each.
The food was hot when I went to pick it up about 15mins after it was ready. The woman at the desk was kind & the food was ready less than 20mins after I ordered it. Definitely ordering here again!"
"Von Thai is a local gem with some truly delicious food. I loved the chicken tom yum soup—it was so flavorful, bursting with a perfect balance of citrus and spice. The chicken 'C4' keaw warn was also fantastic.
My only note for the kitchen staff:
Give the eggplant a little extra love. The thick slices in my dish have been a bit raw on the last two visits. If you're able to cook it a bit longer or slice it more thinly, I think it would bring out the sweetness and make the dish even better."

The Egg Drop Soup was salty & spilled out into the bottom of the plastic bag. It was not hot at all nor warm. The Hot & Sour Soup was only fair tasting but was hot .
The Egg Roll (1) Appetizers was not hot and came with a yellow, watered down "type of duck sauce", devoid of much flavor. The pot stickers were deep fried NOT pan fried, so they too were cold, hard, dry.
The Fresh Shrimp Egg Foo Young (Pint) - Egg Foo Young two patties was flavorless, gravy was more grey than brown and the shrimp were way OVERCOOKED. So they were rubbery and also devoid of any seasoning.
Additionally, it came with the very smallest box of rice known to man, which was NOT enough for two Fresh Shrimp Egg Foo Young (Pint) Egg Foo Young two patties. The rice was also devoid of flavor and was over cooked, mushy.
I **would not recommend this place and will not purchase anything from this particular restaurant Wong's Garden ever again.
Overall.....Poor quality, poor quantity, devoid of flavor/seasoning, cold items temperature wise, NOT a good value for the subpar food you are getting.
Not at all fair to the customer paying good, hard earned money just to be served bad food. New cooks with improved recipes are needed ASAP.
