"LISTEN UP PEOPLE LOOKING FOR REAL CARIBBEAN OR JAMAICAN FOOD. I'm from NYC and have truly been suffering without any jamaican food even close to being correct in the Bay. This place is the closest that delivers. Period. I have tried them all. The Oxtail Stew tastes the closest to correct and stew has the closest to the right consistency that you will find in this region (on a delivery app, at least). Is it perfect? No. Could it be better? Yes. But it is so much better than any other oxtail I've had in the Bay. It's generally trimmed correctly, tender, doesnt have a weird gamey taste, and the stew isnt broth or oily as fuck or filled with vegetables for no reason. For whatever reason, they serve the oxtail with white rice generally and they dont sell rice and peas as a side. Today, i received rice and peas with the oxtail but that's generally not the case even though i never check the white rice option. The Jerk Chicken Rice & Beans is okay but I generally get that mainly so I can have the oxtail with rice and peas like its supposed to be. The patty is good and flaky!! Anyway, def try them out!!"

The plantain wasn't dry, but it wasn't sweet either. Thankfully, the rice tasted like rice. Ginger Beer had less kick than a dead donkey. And who is Theodore P? It was interesting how they packaged the food, with several large pieces of injera on top, completely covering the food, instead of neatly rolled separately as pictured in some of their pictures. The few peices of steak i saw and was able to pick through the Steak Burrito to get had a sour taste as if the meat was bad! Their barely was any veggies in this Steak Burrito. The carrots I did see and try was hard and raw. Which is mind boggling since the Door dash driver stated their is a delay with the restaurant service with orders. i asked for Extra Garlic butter which on the app you can not purchase any at all so I asked the driver to ask about the butter. I definitely would rate this location a soft 3... I would highly recommend the Truck on Krause in Oakland or San Leandro location. This location need a better cook!"

"I had the Pho Combo and got it with no spice (as I just had surgery and needed something light and not spicy), and it was DELICIOUS. The broth was flavourful that you don't even need to add hosin sauce, but their hosin is also lovely and different to the usually packet ones.
I got the very spicy Pho Beef for my husband, and he absolutely loved it.
We've finally found a place that sells delicious Pho as I've had so many disappointing experiences with tasteless pho.
