"Everything was delicious! The crawfish Beignet Flight was freaking fire the apple one too and chocolate the price was off putting but these were really big! Very much worth it. The plain one was your basic beignet but still fire. The 1/2 & 1/2 Poboy was FIREEE I should've done shrimp though lowkey but still good none the less. "Grew up on homemade Louisiana gumbo so my expectations were very low but once you add some hot sauce, Big Mama’s Seafood Gumbo the closest I've come to authentic gumbo from a restaurant. 9/10 (only because nothing beats the family recipe). I'd definitely order again. Get the large size, not the cup. Comes w/ rice.
Large Mac & Cheese .... no. It was honestly KFC/Popeyes level for me. I don't regret it because I was craving Mac & Cheese but it just didn't give what it was supposed to give.
Side Blackened Catfish was good, added it to some fried rice I already had at home. 1/2 Foster French Toast was a 6/10, only because I waited until the next morning to eat them. "
