"Taste was good as you would expect from b superstar. Obviously eating in is a better experience. All meals were fresh. Sesame Beef was solid. Superstar noodle salad was described as mild not available but it was not spicy at all.spicy & crispy chicken was the best item of the 3 with some spice. Portions were small. The Platha price for the small portion was outrageous. We were fighting over getting a piece. I'm hoping it was a mistake. Will order again to see if they're consistent with small portions."
"I ordered the tea leaf Tea Leaf Salad, Nan Pía dok, and Burmese Style Curry-LAMB with Coconut Rice. The lettuce in the tea leaf salad was wilted and the salad lacked freshness in general. The noodles were slightly over cooked and mushy. The last time I had ordered the lamb curry (in restaurant) it was flavorful, tender, and succulent, so I was excited to order it. This time the meat was tough, chewy, and gamey, and the flavor of the curry left something to be desired. The best item of the night was the coconut curry- which is sad as it is an accompaniment. There was enough portion to have multiple meals but after the first, I didn't want another. This was an expensive delivery and sadly I feel like I wasted my money. "

"Vegetable Curry tasted nice but no way is it worth the price. Portion is small. Same goes for the Coconut Rice. Good food but incredibly expensive relative to other Burmese places"
"I have been ordering this dish for years, and used to pick it up consistently when I used to live near by. For some reason they changed the recipe, largely reduced its size and it became very unpleasant. The sauce has about two fingers of oil sitting on top, the noodles are now flat and soggy, the wonton wraps are tiny, and the cilantro arrives all mushy and wet due to the new packages. It is sad because it was one of my favorite dishes!"

"The Tea Leaf Salad (Lap Pat Dok)and Ong No Kaw Soi (Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup) are outstanding! I prefer my Tea Leaf Salad (Lap Pat Dok) without the lettuce and asked them to package the garlic separately (I'm allergic but my son likes it). No problem! We will absolutely order again."
"Mandalay Special Noodle , probably the most delicious noodles I've ever eaten. I think their food is quite pricey though. There was about a tablespoon of chopped chicken. I'm sure they upped their prices because of their Michelin bib award. The food is great and consistent, but again pricey."

"Great place for fresh and healthy fish options, as well as some indulgences. -Plancha Calamari: flavorful and quite good. -Dungeness Crab Rolls: fresh and delicious small bites, though, I wish that the rolls were wrapped separately from the liquid for delivery as the lettuce wrap gets quite soggy. -Burmese Fried Chicken: indulgent, tasty, slightly sweet and spicy bites. It's a bit pricey overall but I would order again."
"I have eaten at Kaya before and had the best experience. I was really craving the platha so we ordered delivery. I was disappointed when it arrived; it was 1/3rd of the size. For $11, I expected much more and it was not worth the price. What happened Kaya?"

"The food is the most consistent and well-tasting I've found among all Indian restaurants in SF. I've ordered from this place 5+ times now in the last 2 months, and every time the quantity of biryani is plenty. The taste is authentic and it's just consistent, which is perfect. I've tried 15-20 different places for biryani in SF, and this, I think, is the best one right now."
"Ordered Non-Veg Platter and butter Naan. The platter had: Chicken Manchurian – Really tasty and reminiscent of General Tso’s chicken, but less sweet. Chili Momos – I had no idea what to expect, but these were excellent. The dumplings seemed fried, then tossed in a peppery, savory sauce with bell peppers and onions. The sauce wasn’t runny—it coated each momo evenly. It reminded me of a Chinese stir-fry, but lighter and less greasy. Chicken Tikka – Tender, juicy, and full of savory flavor. Perfect with the butter naan. Fish Fry (Swai) – This one surprised me the most. The minced onion sauce on the crispy fish was delicious! It’s more of a paste than a liquid, but the flavor was incredible. It even reminded me of fermented black bean sauces used in Chinese stir-fries. Highly recommend this place. Will try other dishes next time."

"Amazing food! Unique and delicious flavors; you can tell the staff takes pride in their food and it shows. I love spicy dishes, but normally restaurants lower the level of spiciness to appeal to the greater public. So happy to find that, at Sherpa House, the spiciest option is actually spicy! * "Hot" is the spiciest level and I loved it, but I recommend most people order mild or medium Everything I've ordered has been excellent. This includes: Sherpa's Lentil Soup Explosive chicken Himalayan salad Chicken Makhmali Sherpa's Special Thukpa Mint chutney Vegan kheer I ordered the Sherpa's Special Thukpa when I was sick and it's the best thing I've eaten in a long time. The restaurant was kind enough to include the vegan kheer with the soup and it was like a refreshing kiss after a long hug. I highly recommend ordering both together!"
"Might be the best momos in SF. I tried the lamb, veg, chicken, and pork momos and they're all absolutely delicious. I only wish u could buy more of the dipping sauce. The saag paneer and paneer tikka masala are also good, but even medium spicy might be a little much for me. The rice is nothing exciting and gets the job done. The garlic cheese naan is really tasty, but didn't have as much cheese as I thought it would. Overall excellent, with the momos really outstanding."
