"My Spicy Italian sub arrived without salami and contained only pepperoni, which isn’t what I ordered. The vegetables were thrown on haphazardly, with inconsistent portions, and several of the condiments I specifically requested were either missing or barely applied. My wife’s Oven Roasted Turkey sub had the exact same issues, making it obvious there was little attention paid to either order.
The delivery driver was excellent and deserves full credit, but the quality of the food from this store was incredibly disappointing. When you’re paying premium prices for a sandwich, the expectation is that the order is made correctly and with some level of care. This felt rushed, sloppy, and careless from start to finish. I don’t mind mistakes every once in a while, but getting two sandwiches wrong in the same order is simply unacceptable."

I usually order a thin crust pizza, but Pizza Hut offers only a medium and large in their specialty pizzas. I needed a small, which I guess the PPP is supposed to be the small size pizza, but you don't get to choose the type of crust you want!! Anyway, the crust was under cooked (doughy), and I asked for beef as 1 of my toppings (received sausage :-( ) and mushrooms for another topping (received none)!!!
I also asked for bacon (got very little) and sweet marinara sauce (didn't even detect any sauce at all!)!!!! Overall, the Personal Pan Pizza I received was not good in any way at all to the point that I did not eat but 2 full slices. I scraped off the toppings of the other 2 slices, removed the sausage, and ate what was left. While the PPP may be a good for your money value because you do get to pick up to 10 toppings, I feel like I did not get my money's worth."

"The grilled chicken salad was on the small side. The chicken was tasteless. Certainly not worth the price I paid. The Pome mango smoothie barely tasted like any of the ingredients that was supposed to be in it. Left a horrible aftertaste. I tried a couple of different times to drink it but wound up throwing it away. Again a waste of money. Sadly, I could not recommend this restaurant."
