The tom kha is so fresh and flavorful, it tastes like they grated coconuts to make the coconut milk themselves! The crispy pork is perfection. The khao man gai and the Krapow are homey and comforting. They get the details right -- even down to "simple" things like the Chicken / Pork Satay and the clearly homemade peanut sauce -- the meat is so wildly succulent and tender that it puts other satays you've had to shame. They do not skimp on flavor. I hope people appreciate the care and details that go into making each dish truly spectacular. I dont really write reviews here but Kwan Kitchen is worth gushing about.
