I think the bun is the best part about the burger, it really melts in your mouth! And the fries are on another level, always hot and crispy when I receive it!

We ordered pick up after my son's surgery on Friday 12/12. My son worked at a Five Guys in Dubuque, IA for a while and hasn't wanted burger since until Friday. So we did a pick up before driving home. He was so excited about ALL the fries. When we got on the road home, in the bag, the fries were so sparse. The cup was not even full, much less overflowing in the bag as they should be. Then, my little burger-I ordered grilled onions & mushrooms. I had NO mushrooms and the onions were practically raw. If you are going to charge these outrageous prices for this food, they could at least get it right!

the fries were too salty and the burger had too much mayo, and fries should come with the burger if you are charging $14 and up a burger. I don't like having to pay for a burger, pay for fries and pay for a drink. it was too expensive to charge for everything separately.

Food was amazing! Burgers were personalized to. They did an excellent job of cooking, preparing and presentation.
Only downfall was the price. Alittle over $100. for a family of four. Two of which are children.
The price is not enough to discourage ordering in the future.

never had bad quality until today. this burger is at least 2 hrs old. it was hard on the edges and the cheese even had the old clump look
