Our order was wrong and cold upon arrival. The hoagie tastes the way a hospital smells. The cheesesteak fries were just ok. The cheese pictured is not what you get, it looks like a pale off-brand of velveeta. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality. We didn't get crinkle fries like pictured, they are closer to shoestring. My husband said, "Steak-ums taste better." Overall I think the 2-star review is more than generous.

I ordered both the Cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak, to say they were disappointing is an understatement. They tasted alright, but look nothing like the pictures at all. There was a thin layer of meat on both and no cheese sauces like they advertise. You would think with a place that "specializes" in cheesesteaks would do better than what I got.

The sandwich is extremely skimpy. There is hardly any meat or cheese on it. It's absolutely not worth the money .
