Bringing a sauce of any kind to the table correctly can exhaust a kitchen- but they do not get exhausted here. This is what they do, and they do it best. Their rice is fluffy and prepared on point. It is all made fresh, there is no question. The Garli Naan is incredible. Most other places, it would dry out immediately. Not this restaurant.
