"i don't know how this would taste in the restaurant, but i got the pho through doordash and it was the worst pho i've ever had. Unlike other restaurants, they didn't include a siracha or hoisin sauce packet to put in the pho so it was extremely bland. Also, other pho restaurants will put the broth separately from the noodles and beef, but they put it all into one container so the noodles were so soggy and the beef was over cooked in the hot broth by the time it got delivered.
