I also loved the Stir-Fried Pumpkin at spice level 3, I've never had a dish like it but I really liked the pumpkin texture and flavor. The spice had a little sting but not too much. It did not look like the picture from a previous customer that was in the review. It was just noodles, beef, and 2 pieces of greens. We also got the Thai hot chicken pad Thai, bland flavor. Not spicy at all and all I got was noodles, chicken and bean sprouts. Where is the green onion and flavor? Also, we got the wontons and it was absolutely disappointing. It was all dough, not fried and crispy like most places (even Panda Express has better wontons). Surprisingly, the papaya salad was good. We over paid for a disappointing meal, we do not recommend and will never return."

It's pretty "authentic" in that it tastes a lot like the food in Thailand, but it's pretty basic. Folsom Thai has similar for like half the price and they are a little more wild with their specials. I get the hustle but the price / value for this place is a little out of whack. My crispy pork belly and broccoli was about half full, and cost $20. Ingredient quality was top-notch, though.
