4 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately, the portion size for everything besides the broth is quite disappointing for a "large", and is more comparable to between small or medium at similar pho restaurants up and down the Front Range, for to go orders. Secondly, the base price is a bit disingenuous, as you can not select it, but instead have to choose a mandatory upcharge depending on what size you want. But, such is the UberEats marketplace and UI, so I put that slightly more on them than the merchant."

Disappointing Experience – Lacking in Flavor and Balance
📍Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Lo Mein, hoping for a satisfying takeout night, but both dishes left a lot to be desired.
🥢 Chicken Pad Thai – The flavor was incredibly underwhelming, with none of the bold, sweet-sour-spicy notes you’d expect. The noodles were fine in texture, but the chicken was thinly sliced and lacking any real taste. The lime wedge on the side wasn’t just a garnish — it was essential just to make the dish palatable. Without it, everything tasted flat and forgettable.
🍜 Chicken Lo Mein – Sadly, this one didn’t redeem the meal either. The noodles were thicker and rounder than most lo mein, but surprisingly failed to soak up much sauce or flavor. The chicken was again thin and overly salty, with no real depth. What really hurt the dish was the near-total absence of vegetables — it felt like an unfinished dish that never got balanced out.

The 4a egg rolls looked much bigger in the picture and also seemed to have been sitting out for a while. We spent a total of $70 on this order and it was not worth it at all. The only issue we had was the styrofoam plate used for the Thai Basil Chicken was too flimsy and leaked all over the bag it was delivered in.
