The Penang curry had the wrong protein in it and is bland lacking flavor the pad Thai taste like American barbecue sauce the vinegar kind the chicken satay was delicious but the peanut butter sauce was runny not thick. Maybe it's an off day or maybe this chef's recipes are just different. The food was fresh. The vegetables were gorgeous.
