I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo because I was looking forward to some great spice and it was literally worse than the frozen tv dinner you can get at Trader Joe's. In my limited experience, I find generally consistent flavor, regardless of when or who I order it from today was the exception . The Penang curry had the wrong protein in it and is bland lacking flavor the pad Thai taste like American barbecue sauce the vinegar kind the chicken satay was delicious but the peanut butter sauce was runny not thick. Maybe it's an off day or maybe this chef's recipes are just different. The food was fresh. The vegetables were gorgeous.
