"When they first opened this place was amazing but the quality has gone down significantly. I've had issues with the last 2 orders and have sworn off ever going back. For instance the pork belly arrived with more hard boiled eggs than pork and it wasn't even mentioned!"

"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"Tried several different things on the menu including the Vegetable Spring Roll, Tiny Spring Roll, Pad Thai, Brocc Dishesoli, and they were all ok. The spring rolls were each probably the best thing. I asked for extra broccoli in the chicken & broccoli dish and I think a $2.10 up charge for six more pieces of broccoli if that, is a little much. Not much flavor in the pad tha. The chicken and broccoli doesn't have much flavor other than sweet which was odd. Prob won't be ordering this again. Overpriced for what you get. "

"I have yet to receive anything bad from Thai Pavilion. Everything I have had reminds me of my mom's cooking. She lives 2500 miles away so that is a big deal for me. The smells and the tastes together are such nostalgia for me, and the right amountof heat is always applied. My favorite is the Siam Basil. The minced chicken and the holy basil are perfect together and my husband's favorite is the Panang Curry. He can never get enough. "
"Look I know orange chicken isn't health food but it was soggy and tasted like it was pure sugar. Even a 5 year old thought it was too sugary and wouldn't eat more than 1 piece. The Pad See Ew was just a bland grease ball. Maybe 4 pieces of carrot and two pieces of broccoli with a couple of slices of tired beef in it. I ordered their highest level of spice and it really just came out as hot as sriracha. I really hoped for better food based on how promising the place looked. Yes, I ordered the wings too. Barely crispy, weird mushiness under the crisp. I ordered them as a backup incase I found the Thai spiciness of the Pad See Ew to be too much.
Anyway, will pass on ordering again. Bummed because they are so close, I was hoping I found a Thai spot nearby to frequent."

The Pad See You was a bit more mild than I expected (even with the mild spice level I chose) but was still great, its one of my go to choices and great for those who are new to Thai food. "The food was amazing! I had the Pad Thai with Tofu, and a spice level of 4. Very spicy and tasty with enough food to eat leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My husband got the Sesame Tofu (Gluten free/Vegan Available), with a spice level of 3 and a side of fried rice. It was some of the best sweet and sour sauce we have ever had. A perfect blend of sweetness and sourness with just a little heat. We also got the Thai Fried Rice (level 1 spice) which was very good as well. It is so refreshing to be able to order nearly anything in the menu, as we are vegetarian. Being able to choose the protein is fantastic, and Thai Tea House makes excellent food! The Boba Teas are also amazing and always good! The best in town! We always get the Taro Milk Tea as it's our favorite, and our kids loved the Strawberry Milk Tea! "

"My husband and I love the curries here - he gets the Red Curry, I get the Panang Curry. They have so much flavor...we'd been looking for something like this for a long time! I choose the Panang because I simply can not eat peppers or onions. My only complaint is that while it only has green beans and carrots in it, I am always surprised how FEW of each are in the dish (once, there were 9 green beans). I wish I could add other veges, like mushrooms, even at an additional charge. Back to positive: their Spring Rolls are excellent. They used to send them out in a closed container, which made them soggy. But Thai Lom adjusted and now uses an open paper bag, which keeps them crispy. Delicious! "
