The beef was well seasoned, the pork tender, and the broth flavorful. There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth. "The to lotus ramen was super tasty. They do separate the broth from the noodles so if you are curious, the broth is the creamy beige container and the noodles come with the pork.
