There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth. "Heads up, the Feed the Flock 10pc w/2sides sides are about 2/3 cup. That's about a condiment cup's portion if you have four in your flock - for $35? Come on man!! In terms of taste, the rice is a blank canvas, the cured cukes were all sesame oil, no vinegar, salt or spice. The Corn Dog and Mozz Stick were just okay, overly dressed. Between four people we ate less than half of each. The tenders were wonderfully crispy but dry. The Waffle Fries were soggy. Were we out drinking all night and looking for something fried to end the night... maybe...but probably not. "

"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."
