"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. I recommend them and just hope they can figure out how to give people the sauces they ask for when it comes to online orders. They do great with sauces in the drivethru but this app is for online purchases...when it comes to online purchases, GOOD LUCK getting the sauces you want. So 4/5"

I got the Voodoo Chicken and Drunken Chicken for the Choose 2 and some Miss Vickie's Kettle Chips for a side. I wish I could eat this every night. The rice is soft and thicker, it blends perfectly with the chicken and it's not chewy. I could eat this without chewing if I really wanted. I added jalapeños, cheese, and sour cream. The jalepeños add a nice flavor and the sour cream makes it even creamier. I will be ordering again and again. Also not sure if it's supposed to be included but I got a piece of french bread! Absolutely wonderful food, I've never written a review on DD but I had to after eating this. God Bless J Gumbo's!!!!!!!!! Their side sauces are significantly bigger than the tiny cups most places give you, so that was a pleasant surprise. All-in-all, I felt I got my money's worth and would recommend this place.
