"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. "Food got to me in 30 minutes. Immediately was disappointed with the portion size, it was laughably small compared to the advertised photos. Everything was cold, as if it had sat for a good 10 minutes before the dasher got to the restaurant. I was expecting better quality for the price (16 dollars for just the Tri-Fecta), but I couldn't even dig into the waffle without having to tear it apart, it was so dry. I was hoping that the Honey Caramel Crunch would make up for this, but it disappointed me even more. It's like drinking straight maple syrup. The the waffle tasted pretty good, the eggs were alright, but the sausage had little to no flavor. With all of that said, this is one of those places that you have to go out to, or else i feel that the result of ordering will just be sub-par. For 31 dollars, definitely not worth it."
