"This place is phenomenal! Butter Chicken is always flavorful, spiced per however you request, and the chicken is tender. We have ordered here for quite awhile - Best Indian food in the area hands down!
Portion sizes are perfect, they pay attention to special requests, consistently serving that same good quality food. Always arrives steaming hot so you know it's fresh."
"Chicken Tikka Masala was bland not much flavor to it or spice.
Naan bread was basic.
Plain Basmati Rice had the most flavor lol and portion was huge for 4 dollars. so no complaints on that.

"My husband found this restaurant by accident after clicking the wrong google search link, boy am I glad he did. This is our 3rd time ordering from here, twice we've gone to the restaurant and tonight we did door dash..I always expect take out to be not a good as eating in but our take out was just as tasty. The samosa are perfect, the naan always light and fluffy not heavy and chewy like some places. The vegetable biriani is the most flavorful I've ever had and the chicken tikka masala is just spot on every time. Highly recommend this place. "

"The Butter Chicken is the best in the area. Naan was excellent, soft and buttery. Dal was super flavorful and thick, excellent for a cold day. They gave us a good size Plain Rice for the items we had ordered. The Meat Samosa(Lamb) was also very good. Although the Mint Chutney could be a little more spicy - very satisfied with our order! I will definitely be recommending this spot to others."

"Everest Chili Pepper is a gem for this kind of food in the area.
The spice is tasteful and helps accentuate the flavor, instead of spicy just to be spicy. I normally get an 8/10 spiciness that is the perfect level for me.
My favourite is the Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice, and holds up incredibly well as leftovers.
Everest Chili Pepp is very much recommended, to the point we had it 3 times in one week the day we first had it"

"Tasty but value does not align with the amount you get.
I got the half order Tandoori chicken, 36. Butter Chicken, and 48. Garlic Naan . The butter chicken was mostly sauce with 7 chunks of chicken. It is a bit more tomato tasting than I prefer, but still good. You do get a small side of rice which is nice. But for almost $60 for the total order, I would hope for a little more. The tandoori chicken was tangy and good. The garlic naan was good but you only get two large pieces. Most other places give you four from what I've seen. Overall, I enjoyed. Just would have liked a bit more for the price I paid. I would order again if I felt like splurging.
Note: the photo shows two pieces of tandoori eaten, 1 piece of garlic naan eaten, and half the butter chicken and rice. But I wanted to show the packaging sizes."
"This place always hits the spot! Doesn't matter if you get it on your worst or best day it stays consistent. It's a great portion for two, if you like dipping your naan get two orders. The food always comes to me super hot and the ingredients are always fresh. Will stay coming back!"

"Had a best meal it was full of taste . I would recommend to you guys to try this place it is the best . Will visit again "
"On the positive side, the sauces were very flavorful and colorful and it was very well packaged. The issue was with the quality of the chicken and rice. The rice seemed old and definitely not what I'm use to from an Indian restaurant but to be fair it was included with the entree where other places you order separate. The chicken also didn't taste super fresh either. I was almost afraid to eat it so ate a couple of pieces only. I didn't think it was horrible but since you can only rate didn't like, liked or loved, I have to lean towards the side of didn't like. Ordered here for the first time by mistake so perhaps it's normally fresher."

"I love their dosa and idli. The quality and their price is great.Would definitely try again."
"I've ordered from this restaurant 4 times in the past few months. I always order the same 2 items. Every time, the quality of each order has diminished more and more. In today's order of mini idlis and kesari, the idlis did not have the sambar that is supposed to come with it so the idli's were dry. As for the kesari, not only did they only fill up less than half the container(which is normally filled) it was also an offputting gray color. If you know about kesari you know that it should be a yellow or orange color. The texture was also off. So overall a really bad meal experience."

"Consistently perfect. I order regularly, and every time decide it's the best thing I've ever eaten. It's rare to find so many vegetarian and vegan choices in conservative Folsom. I'd love to try everything! Perfectly balanced, aromatic spices. Even the paneer is a special recipe from "holy cows" that are adored and treated humanely."
"This is our first time ordering from Mantra. We would definitely order again and venture to try many more dishes next time.
The beetroot salad was not as flavorful as I would have liked. It is also listed as having coconut as a main ingredient. There was very little coconut. Perhaps a one off kitchen faux pas?
Some people shy away from beetroot because of its earthy taste. Anyone who likes their beetroot less earthy, can feel safe ordering this dish. The well presented diced cubes come through with a sweet flavor.
The Aloo Gobi was prepared mildly as requested. This carnivore did not miss having meat because this dish was prepared with a great emphasis on textural variety. The sauce was well balanced. The spices were the perfect choir singing in unison. Sometimes a sauce can have the lead singer be out of tune...nothing but harmony here.
Last but not least were the various assortments of bread. We could wax on poetically about the delicate freshness, how they retained crispness even until this morning's breakfast, or how the accompanying chutneys and sauces were tasty, and refreshingly light. To sum them up, let's just say yummy!
This restaurant deserves the highest rating. If you are a fellow meat eater, don't hesitate to order. You will have a delicious meal and hopefully be as satisfied as we were. Namaste and happy new year."

"They subbed my Paneer Pakora for what I'm guessing is saag or palak paneer which I'm very happy with - the flavors of that and the Chicken Tikka Masala are nuanced and aromatic, absolutely delicious. The Butter Naan was good as well. My only feedback is I wish it came with rice."
"Worst Indian food experience I've ever had! The Chana Masala had 1/4" of oil on top, and that was after some leaked and saturated everything in the bag. I couldn't open the container without oil spilling out. The Chicken Tikka Biryani had 1 tiny piece of chicken, and when I bit into it, I crunched on bones that stabbed my gums. I will NOT be ordering again."

"Amazing, soooooo flavorful!!!! Obvious natural herbs are used in every dish. I ordered the Butter Chicken with Saffron Basmati Rice, Sacramandu Nepali Curry with Saffron Basmati Rice and the Garlic Naan. Definitely ordering from here again and using DoorDash. Was delivered on time and my food was hot and very well packaged."
"Everything was pretty good overall . The Paneer Makhani with Saffron Basmati Rice is very light and slightly sweet. I got mine mild , it is very filling and tasty . Wish there was more sauce with it but aside from that it was good . If you are a textured person be ware the samosa chast is super mushy with a lot of flavors blended together , it is very good but is a lot texture wise."

"Really nice people running it, good prices, n it tastes so good"
"First time ordering. Excited with the variety menu of pizza flavors. I really enjoyed the GF Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza Twist loaded with flavor. Highly recommend.
I tried the 6 pcs wings Masala flavor, and they were just okay, similar to the fatty frozen microwavable wings I can buy at the store don't recommend them. I thought they would have been better based on advertising."

"So flavorful! Would order again. New favorite ! Nice big portion for a small pizza. Chicken is tasty and well seasoned , not dry! So yummy and fresh!"
"The Tandoori Chicken Lunch Special - 2 is PERFECT portion and size. I had them remove the bell peppers, and add ghobi. I am a BABY when it comes to spice. I wish I could handle the heat, but my tongue says NOPE. But this pizza was PERFECT. Just the right amount of heat!! I ordered Ranch in case it was too spicy and I didnt need it! "

"The Vegie Samosa which I'll admit, I wasn't expecting much from KNOCKED ME OUT ! The pastry was rich and flakey, the filling had just the right ratio of spice and salt. I don't write reviews. This was good! The Butter Chicken Pasta was creamy and flavorful. Both a part of their Happy Hour DD Menu (thank you!) so a nice value too. My first visit but won't be my last. YUM."

"Really good food and generous portions! This one enteee and one appetizer would easily feed 2-3 people. Prices are super reasonable. "This place has the goods! I had Chicken Seekh Kebabs (2pcs) Raita 4oz, Mango Chutney, Veg Pakoras, Chicken Tikka Masala and Onion Naan and WOW! Everything was out of this world good! All the flavors were there, from the kabobs to the pakora to the masala, it was absolutely stunning and every flavor unique and varied, no one sauce base for this place. The portions were huge and the starters came with that delicious lime yoghurt and the tamarind dips, well worth every penny!
I will tell everyone I know about this place, they were fast and everything was packaged with care... I'll definitely be ordering from them again ... my new go-to for Pakistani food to live for!
Great job AL-Maidah, just A+++, I am one happy Brit, it's a welcomed taste of home... Thank you all so much, I am pleasantly surprised and so happy!
If you love Pakistani food, this is the spot, hands down best flavors and quality, portions, variety, it's got the lot!"
"You call that biryani?? Chicken pieces were like rubber chunks. Mutton pieces were not cleaned properly. The tikka kebab had about 7-8 small pieces with rice that was light brown.. overall this is a restaurant not worth a penny. Better taste & value at a fast food place. Never again!!"

⭐️ 1-Star Review — If You Enjoy Being Lied To, Overcharged, and Argued With… This Is Your Place
Velly Pizza Roseville deserves an award — not for their food, but for the Olympic-level mental gymnastics they perform to avoid honoring their own coupons. We told them clearly over the phone that we were using their 30% OFF coupon. “Sure, no problem!” they said.
Fast-forward to pickup: suddenly the owner has selective memory, pretends the coupon doesn’t exist, and demands full price. Impressive. Truly. A masterclass in bait-and-switch.
And the food? We ordered mild pizza for kids — you know, mild, as in “not spicy.” Instead they gave us a pizza so loaded with hot peppers it should come with a fire extinguisher. Even adults couldn’t eat it. When we called back to get it fixed, they didn’t apologize… they argued, blamed us, and refused to remake it. Lovely customer service—if your goal is to lose customers.
But wait, it gets better. They also sneak in credit card upcharges disguised as delivery fees, even when you’re picking up. Very bold. Nothing says “trust us” like mystery fees for services you didn’t receive.
If you enjoy being misled, overcharged, and talked down to, you’ll love it here.
If you prefer actual customer service, honesty, and edible food, go to Tandoori Pizza, where they somehow manage the groundbreaking concept of treating customers like humans."
