"the food is great,don't get me wrong, but the Harrisonburg VA location is not great. I ordered a full stack (the only thing I got for myself) and received a half stack + I bought a strawberry iced tea and received a plain lemonade. also, when the meal was being prepared I tried to call into the restaurant for a special request. I called around 5 times within a 30 minute period without a single answer. It's also worth mentioning that I'm a dasher myself and every time I show up for an order I have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for it and I'm late.
My dasher was great, my pancakes and my wife's omelette were exceptional, just wish the hburg ihop would pull it together.

Bacon was soft and undercooked, roasted turkey was chewy and gristley, the proportions of ingredients were off and our wrap had been slashed longwise for some reason. We had really decent food the first time we came here, but every other time has been pretty disappointing.
