"I have had Mongolian beef and numerous restaurants. This is the first time I've had Mongolian beef with battered and fried beef. Usually, it's cooked in a wok. This had a little no flavor other than being really sweet which again is the only time I've ever had Mongolian beef that is sweet usually, it's quite spicy. The portion was large. I also had a cucumber salad. It wasn't bad but you could tell it it's been sitting around for days. This is my first time at this place or my very last time."

I was stating that I don't care for the fact they just add whatever protein to their meals so the chicken or tofu (which is what we usually get) do not have time to absorb the flavor of the sauce. I do really like the salad rolls when they serve them with the green sauce. Half the time I have ordered them though I end up with plum sauce, which I do not like at all. And $12 for two tofu salad rolls is pretty expensive for veggies and rice paper. The quality has definitely gone down in the last two years. I hope they can get better again because this was one of the only decent Thai restaurants in Boise."

Noodles + meat were in one container and broth in another separate container. Bag with lime, basil, cilantro, sprouts. Difficult to tell size in picture but I got a medium which was the perfect size. I also got the Matcha Lava Cake which had the cake in one container and ice cream in another which let me separately put in freezer until after I ate the pho. Microwaved cake for 30 seconds and kind of exploded which is why the picture looks like that lol so maybe do 15-20 instead. Coconut ice cream was so good on its own too, wish I could buy a pint. The pineapple chicken was very, very good and the chicken stayed crispy. The vegetables in all the dishes were cooked perfectly so they still had a little bite and were not mush. The kimchi fried rice was the best I've ever had, and I was ecstatic about the amount of spice they used for it, this had the perfect spicy balance. The shredded pork was a fun item to try with the tofu skins, the best way I can describe the sauce is like a soy sauce gravy with no spice. "I’m honestly really disappointed because what I received looks nothing like the description. The menu says the bao buns come with pickled onion, chard green onion, and cilantro with the Sweet Heat fried chicken option. Instead, I got dry, overcooked chicken with barely any sauce, plus pickles and red cabbage, which aren’t even listed in the description. There was basically no cilantro, no pickled onion, and no green onion at all.
