"I came home from vacation and really wanted banh canh, I usually order from this popular place in Milpitas but I wanted to give this place a try since they were having buy 1 get 1 free. I ordered the #13 Banh canh cua - Crab Tapioca Noodle Soup and the flavor of the soup was ok, not bad but could add some nuoc mam or a little extra. What REALLY disapppintment me was the noodles, any banh canh should be FRESH noodles if served at a restaurant... it came with the plasticy rubbery bag udon noddles. My daughtet literally said I'm going to warm this up because the noodles don't taste cooked, I told her they are they are just not fresh. I wanted this dish because of the fresh noodles and I am very disappointment. The restaurant description states they use FRESH ingredients, I get its hard to make an a lot of work but don't serve or offer if it is not fresh or authentically made."
