I can get one for lunch and I won't be hungry until dinner time! Avocados have monounsaturated fats, which are the good fats that are heart healthy and the type of fat your body needs to satiate hunger, so that you feel full. They're also high in fiber, potassium, and vitamins (namely, Vitamins K, C, & B).
I can tell the avocados they use for my smoothies are fresh and perfectly ripe! My smoothies are consistently a flawless green color. They never have the aftertaste of an overripe avocado, or the bitter flavor + mealy texture of one that's underripe.

The House Mein Fun, again, good flavor with plenty of very greasy (?) noodles and even though I ordered the large portion plus beef, chicken and shrimp there was very little vegetables or meat and the shrimp was hard to find. Not at all as advertised.
