"Ate here 3 times while in DC, and really tried to give it a chance. All 3 times, my sandwich (main part of my meal), was made wrong. For being as expensive as it is, I can't be okay with that. The Mac and cheese is pretty bland, and it doesn't come in a "side" size, only a full entree. Everything seems relatively fresh, but I would not want to try this again. I would eat their desserts or bakery items, but everything else is a no for me. Also, the cinnamon roll was nottttt good. It was strongly cinnamon flavored bread with a little bit of icing. It tasted like a cinnamon dinner roll. So disappointed because these were very convenient to my hotel!"
