I'm a little let down because I was expecting the curry chicken to have a lot more meat in the food container that it was in but the flavor of the chicken juices is so wonderful that I can already tell I'll be returning soon . It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "
