"TheSautéed Steak Chunk with Black Pepper Sauce didn't have sauce, just a coating of pepper and other spices. The dish was superb - very tender and full of flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.
We will definitely be ordering again. We are so happy they are now available to us in DC."

The shredded beef with peppers had far more peppers than beef, which threw off the balance of the dish. Overall, both dishes lacked flavor. The Mala Soup Dumplings [6] (Spicy Pork) 麻辣豬肉小籠包 were near flavorless, not spicy at all, and half of them were so stuck to the paper in the container, that they ripped open when I picked them up with my chopsticks.
