The noodles come dry so be aware of that. I asked for sauces on the side to juice up my noodles. This location has sweet and sour packets and mandarin terriyaki packets . I used the mandarin terriyaki on my noodles. You might need to warm it up again too but other than that very good. "Absolutely delicious! We like other Peter Chang-owned restaurants and this one is great, too! The Homestyle Stir-Fried Pork Belly was amazing - tender, beautifully spiced and a generous portion. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. The shredded beef with peppers had far more peppers than beef, which threw off the balance of the dish. Overall, both dishes lacked flavor.
