The Mala Soup Dumplings [6] (Spicy Pork) 麻辣豬肉小籠包 were near flavorless, not spicy at all, and half of them were so stuck to the paper in the container, that they ripped open when I picked them up with my chopsticks.
Definitely not worth the price."

Kenny’s Sub Shop is hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever tried! I ordered the 10 wings with fried rice, and everything was perfect. The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The fried rice was soft, flavorful, and cooked just right. But let me tell you about the mumbo sauce—it was absolutely amazing! Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of kick, it tied the whole meal together. This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!"
"the sesame chicken was okay. it's a hole in the wall version of an Americanized Chinese dish, so you can't really expect that much from it. but it was basically over sweet with no noticeable sesame flavor. the pepper steak was bland, the steak was mushy and had no texture, and had very little meat. that doesn't generally bother me, but considering what they were charging for the dish I really expected more. the fried rice was absolutely horrible. it was exactly that. rice that had been fried. if You're expecting egg, vegetables, seasoning of any sort, forget about it. you don't get that. it's just a vaguely Brown pile of mushy rice with nothing much to recommend it. the best part of the meal, quite frankly was the egg rolls, which were nicely crispy and had a good filling. but they were extremely greasy.

"TheSautéed Steak Chunk with Black Pepper Sauce didn't have sauce, just a coating of pepper and other spices. The dish was superb - very tender and full of flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.
We will definitely be ordering again. We are so happy they are now available to us in DC."
