"The Chana masala is absolutely to die for. So filling and bursting with flavor, mixed with their rice it is the perfect meal. The veggie samosas are flaky and crunchy and still somehow melt in your mouth, 10/10. If youre a fan of spice you can't go wrong doing the samosas with their green sauce they include. "
"We ordered Aloo parantha , paneer parantha and mango lassi. Aloo parantha and mango lassi were horrible. Raita was very liquid, sour and over spiced. Paneer parantha was average. Would never order again from this place. "

"Possibly the best tasting food I've ever had- not "Indian" food, food. That said the portion size relative to the cost is appallingly small. I got a Kathi roll ($14) and cauliflower pakoras ($12) for a total of $26 before taxes and fees. I've had amazing kathi rolls in NYC and Philly for $6-$7, so I just assumed these would be bigger since they're twice the price and those cities are comparable to the DC food scene. The one I had from Bindaas turned out to be even smaller. I personally don't have a problem paying more for food in a restaurant when there's service being provided and you have the ability to easily order more. But I'm still hungry after spending $26 on a takeout order when I usually don't even spend half as much. "
"I was surprised at how good this meal was! The dal makhani was more flavorful and had more of a spice kick than I am used to for this dish, but it really added something to the food beyond lentil and cream. The basmati rice was fragrant and well cooked. Will order again!"

"A loyal customer of Taj of India for a decade now, this is the only Indian restaurant I'll order from and my go-to when I need a pick me up, when I want to celebrate something, or when I just want to treat myself. The Lamb Roganjosh is so warm and flavorful, and it literally melts in your mouth. Even the rice it comes with is fragrant and tasty on its own. The butter chicken and the tikka masala are also part of my regular rotation. The Garlic Naan is perfect by itself or dragged through sauce, and the cheese naan is just as good. I also love getting a side order of the Daal Soup and adding the Rice Kheer my cart right before I check out because I can never resist it --- perfectly creamy for dessert but not too sweet, which is exactly what I like. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant!"
"It was really good and the shrimp were high quality and perfectly cooked but for $24 it would have been nice to get more than 5 shrimp in the Shrimp Tikka Masala (N)"

"Biryani City has become one of my go to restaurants to order from when I have a craving for South Indian food. Excellent portions, always hits the spot with the flavors! This was a group order with non- south- Asians and they did a great job adjusting the spice levels!"
"The best Indian food in the DMV area. True South Indian flavors - complex, layered, delicious - just like what you would get in India. "this restaurant has, quite frankly, the best Butter Chicken I've ever had. the Palak Paneer is good as well, but the butter chicken is beyond good. they give you a really solid amount of food for the price as well: spending ~$45 has gotten me easily 3-4 days of food for myself, which is well worth the price imo"
"Ordered here for the first time bc our usual go-to Indian place has been inconsistent lately. The Butter Chicken was on the sweet side, but my family still enjoyed it. The chicken wasn't as tender as some other places though. The Lamb Rogan Josh was mild in flavor but very tender. The Tandoori Chicken was a huge serving but was again not the juiciest tandori I've had. The Palak Paneer was good. Large portion. Lots of cheese. Good flavor. The Chicken Cheese Naan was delicious. First time we've ever had that. The nans were good too. Nice and fluffy. The MoMo Chicken dumplings were delicious but fiery! We weren't expecting that since the description didn't mention anything about it being spicy. The Mango Lassi was yummy, but the color is very bright orange and off putting. Looks like way too much food coloring. Overall, we'd order from here again."

"The food from Tikka stood out in taste the same way as I last dined there. They achieve a balance of flavors that's unparalleled. When I unwrapped the packaging of the Onion Kulcha I was hit with a burst of aroma! with every bite, I experienced the crunch of the onions and chewiness of the bread. The Amchur Bhindi Masala maintained the crunch of the Okra while the sauce coated the pieces. I was truly blown away by The dum Biryani With Raita for it's texture and incorporation of Jackfruit which did not make me miss any chicken! The raita had rock salt which just reminded me of home! Will certainly order from here again!"
"Really impressed with this order from Tikka! Everything was well spiced and packed with flavor, the Vindaloo and Tikka Masala had great depth, and the Samosas were a highlight, especially the sauces that came alongside them. The Raita was fresh and creamy, and both the Salted and Strawberry Lassis had a great yogurt base that felt authentic rather than watered down. Portions were generous, plenty of food for the meal plus solid leftovers the next day, which is always a win. Everything arrived hot and well packaged, which isn't a given with delivery. The Fruit Naan was a nice touch too."

"Good food and amazing portions for its price, really the best of both worlds. Usually, I find the portions or food in most Indian restaurants on this app either subpar or expensive but this place is great in both those categories. One of my favorites so far near my location."
"The Chana masala is reliably delicious and makes for great breakfast and dinner. One order is enough for 2.5 meals with rice. The Kadhai is always fresh (the onions and green peppers are still crunchy-- perfectly al dente). Note that "medium" spice level is like a mild level for people used to (or who like) heat. We find that the mutter paneer is bland (even with medium spice level) but the paneer and peas are adequate in quantity and fresh. They don't skimp on paneer at Spicelife!"

"Absolutely delicious packed to perfection for delivery!! We ordered Garlic Naan Butter Chicken Daal Makhni and basmati rice came with it!!"
"The food is flavorful with the right amount of spice—especially for me. When mixed with the rice, it balances out just right. I’m from Texas, and I will say it is seasoned and spicy to my liking as well. The food doesn’t seem like a lot at first, but it is definitely filling. I actually bought this once before maybe a week ago but forgot to upload the picture, so I’ll upload it with this one. The older one is the picture with the cut-up naan, and today’s meal is the picture with the whole naan. Although it’s cut up in the older photo, I do believe the naan added up to a whole piece. The naan is very garlicky (aromatic)and flavorful—definitely homemade, which makes it worth the price!"
