The Chicken is good, but you are getting the bold flavors from adding the chickpeas I added the white sauce only.

"If you’re craving authentic Lebanese food, Phoenicia Restaurant is hands down one of the best spots in the area. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly every time. Their grilled whole chicken is absolutely top notch — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic Lebanese flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the appetizers to the main dishes. "One of my go-to's when I don't want to cook. I didn't get tomatoes this time but it was probably just an oversight or just that they ran out of tomatoes. You don't pay extra for them anyway. I usually like mixing it all together and then drizzling the white sauce as I eat but everyone eats it differently. Other than that, I love that my food is always hot and fresh when it gets here. The lettuce is never wilted like in other places and the pita bread is great as well!"
"I have been getting this dish from them for 6 years now and the taste has always been very well balanced. I personally like to drown it all in white sauce but it also does well with only a little sauce. For is always fresh and well packaged - never had a problem with an order. Decent portions, sometimes enough to save for the next day if you're having the regular bowl. Overall, highly recommend!"
