"Spicy Salmon Roll was standard fare but the BOGO deal was nice. Seaweed Salad delicious but they do the thing where they fill the bottom with cucumbers to make it look like more. "Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. Like I said earlier, flavorwise, same as a lot of the other shops, but pricing is very aggressive. Highly recommend."

All the noodles were springy/bouncy. The only cons, aside from the meat being slightly dry, is that the Kimchi side was so small and then they gave so little sauce for the tempura, the containers were only 1/4 full. "
