"Ever dish is appetizing . I only finished part of the dish of curry chicken . I'm a little let down because I was expecting the curry chicken to have a lot more meat in the food container that it was in but the flavor of the chicken juices is so wonderful that I can already tell I'll be returning soon . However I'm sure the oxtails and goat plate will be liked and taste excellent too . I have no serious about the Caribbean meal it's amazing and all of my drinks came with the order . The cream soda in particular is so good that it may really make me get five of those and I was really pleased with every dish that was prepared and served so I'll be ordering five more of those cream soda without adding a dinner I'm going to be reheating some more meals later because I'm so full right now . Tropicana and the Caribbean grill will be my two favorite restaurants . "Rajaji is my go-to Indian restaurant. It is my second favorite place. Their 16. Egg Biryani is very eggy, and that's the whole point. It was delicious to go with the 50. "They were out of spinach so I ended up with lamb rogenjosh rather than Lamb Saag but it was great! I'm not sure what some of these reviews are talking about when they complain about flavor. Most reviews were correct- very delicious, very flavorful- I almost wish I'd gone medium instead of hot/spicy for the two meat dishes as it was quite hot! The Aaloo Tikki was a new try for me. After googling what it was, I expected potato cakes with some sort of a dipping sauce onthe side. What I got was a chickpea stew with 2 breaded potato cakes inside it. It was garnished with pomegranate seeds, which I didnt care for. Wouldnt order this dish again.

"My wife is Trini and so my in-laws are first generation Trinidadian immigrants who make some of the best Trini dishes I've ever had. So you can get imagine my excitement to learn that a restaurant serving authentic Trini food had returned to the area. My wife used to eat here when it was the original Teddy's and was also excited to have some good old home food. But I was extremely disappointed when I opened the container to see very small portions of oxtails and rice. The meat was tough and the sauce was very oily. Next I tried the doubles. The Chana had a very tasty sauce however they were a bit undercooked and hard. Not at all tender or creamy as I had expected. The curry chicken was lost in the sauce . Finally I got to the main event, the shark & 2. Fried Bake and Shark. It was dry and resembled minced shark not the filet that I was hoping to find. And lastly the bake itself was too hard and chewy. Overall I have to give it a 3 out of 5 forks, a hard pass but I would give Teddy's a second chance. Maybe it was just a one off and not typical of their quality. But the prices were very expensive considering the portion sizes. The meat dishes need more meat to be a decent value. Ultimately good flavors but mediocre presentation and preparation.
