"I am sorry for needing to say anything less than positive. On the average, McDonald's here in Camarillo is the BEST at offering napkins and salt/sugar packets to go from their online menu. This is the best online menu that can be found on Ubereats or DoorDash! They make you feel like you are a person, and offer options for up to 10 napkins, 2 packets of salt or sugar, a set of cutlery, straws, etc. I WISH all the other restaurants would follow the outstanding example set by McDonald's. It's very rare to have a concern or complaint with ANYTHING from McDonald's. Unfortunately, today was one of the rare exceptions to the norm. I ordered, among other things, a Big Mac Meal, and honestly, I do not know why but the Big Mac fell short in quality. The meat didn't taste spoiled, but it wasn't "right." The lettuce was so wilted and old; and "floppy," having no body. It just was old. Even the Thousand Island dressing that McDonald's puts on their Big Macs tasted sour, way too tangy...I' m sorry, but truly the Big Mac was just not good at all. I admit that I am likely spoiled by the excellent quality of the food and the service that we receive from our McDonald's

Treating myself to their huge and fluffy biscuit was a delightful, since their biscuits are made and baked by the same baker there, at 5:00AM, every morning.
The hasbrowns were cooked just right: tender on the inside and browned on the outside and not soggy, the way most other restaurants make their hashbrowns.
There was no sour cream, as promised, but since this is a Ventura County Heatwave Weekend, I understand why.

Only one item incorrect, but after waiting half an hour, one would think they would have time to check what was on order and double check that everything was as it should be. 20pc Boneless Meal Deal seems to be correct, but the extra 2pc chicken tenders on the side were replaced with Ranch Fries! It wouldn't be a problem except I'm pretty sure chicken costs more than potatoes and I paid for chicken! Otherwise, chicken is as tender and juicy as one would expect. The flavors are robust. I have no further complaints."

"This was such a thrill for my dog Chewbacca because for the last 2 years, we have nursed 2 little seniors who both passed. Part of my daily routine at least once or twice a day was preparing them a very similar meal to what I ordered for him today and he’s been wanting me to go in the kitchen and cook for him. After 2 years of doing this nonstop, I did not want to go in that kitchen and cook again. It was such a treat that for 6 1/2 dollars I was able to order the same kind of meal that he’s used to me making for him. If you could see how happy he is, if it would let me add pictures you would see the biggest smile and sense of contentment. He has the bowl next to him still and he’s laying there just looking at his leftovers and making sure nobody else takes it from him! It’s of course enough for 2 meals for an 11 pound dog! It was really a great treat and I’m so happy to know that this is so easily available and for a very fair price for what’s in it. The hamburger I ordered along with it was just so I could have something too and save on delivery fee was surprisingly good! It is a legitimate good burger! And with cheddar cheese! They let you pick your cheese! And the soda is obviously a fountain drink, which is cool. I like that! The mashed potatoes I don’t like this thing that people are doing where they’re putting them in little cardboard cups, and putting a top on it and they’re just all mushed in there. It’s just they dry out and it’s just like a disrespectful way to serve one of the best foods in the world. I just shake my head. I’m like oh God not that again. I know a lot of the places in the area are doing it and it’s not right, someone’s going to hell for this! Urban Plates doesn’t do that. I hope y’all get your act together on that because you could’ve put it in with my hamburger in that container was plenty big enough just put it in the container and throw a little something wet on it, preferably gravy. "No joke, best door dash deal I have gotten so far! If I am lazy enough to have someone bring food to my doorstep and treat myself, indont really want to pay over $30 for a salad and app. So I got the $45 meal thinking it would be just small versions of each thing...nope people, it was a real deal. Full size, big size, everything . I ate some after laughing at the ridiculousness of the amount of food, took leftovers to work and fed four people off it and still have enough for two more! I didn't even care that the breadsticks were like hard missiles, I was actually kind of glad so it was less to eat. To top it all off, it was tasty! Perfect for a family of four easily! "My daughter and I love BJ's, but I probably will not order via DoorDash again. The portions were off, especially in regards to the pizzookies. As evidenced by the photos, my Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie® hardly came with any strawberries. Having said tgat, there was plenty of ice cream, and the over-all flavor was good.
My Fresh Mozzarella And Tomato Salad was very good, but dry (hardly any dressing on top). I ordered a side of steamed Broccoli, and for $5.25, the portion was very small and the broccoli was cold and bland. My daughter was satisfied with her meal, but the chocolate Kids' Mini Pizookie® wasn't cooked properly and she said it didn't taste very good, although she loved the chocolate ice cream that came with it.
We will still go to BJ's in person, but, as I said before, I wouldn't order in via DoorDash again."
